To this end, Brindleys Chartered Accountants are committed to actively attending professional education programs to keep abreast of all the changes in the Australian taxation and financial systems. We strive to improve our knowledge and expertise to ensure we excel in and provide the very best accounting, taxation and financial services.
The firm was established in 1953, and over the years we have grown in size. The Brindley Chartered Accountants team consists of three qualified professional accountants, two partly qualified accountants, two paraplanners and two support specialists.
We assist a diverse range of clients, from individuals to small and medium-sized business, located in many different areas of Australia.
Allan Brindley
Partner CA, BEc (SYD), GradDip IT (CSU), BSocSci (Psych) (Hons) (CSU)
Allan is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years experience in providing accounting, auditing and taxation advice. Since becoming an Authorised Financial Planning Representative in 1996, Allan has been providing financial advice to clients in many areas including: wealth building, tax minimisation strategies, superannuation, accounting and investment advice
Allan is a Registered Tax Agent, Registered Company Auditor and a JP. Allan has completed a Graduate Diploma in IT at Charles Sturt University. He is also a MYOB Certified Consultant and Xero Certified Advisor.
Allan's interests and hobbies include bushwalking, cycling and reading.
Suzanne Brindley
CA, BEc (SYD), Grad Dip Adv Tax (NSW)
Suzanne is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience in providing accounting, auditing and taxation advice and services. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Sydney University and a Graduate Diploma of Advanced Taxation from the University of NSW.
Suzanne's interests and hobbies include cycling and bushwalking.
Shenelle Dassanayake
Paraplanner
Shenelle is a paraplanner living in Melbourne who works remotely for our company. She graduated from Macquarie University NSW with a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Accounting and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Financial Planning. Shenelle has been working as a Paraplanner since 2016, having previously worked for various accounting firms. Her ultimate goal is to become a financial planner someday.
In her free time, Shenelle spends time with her son and husband by going to the park or exploring Victoria.
Belinda Krockenberger
Paraplanner (Diploma of Business Administration/Management)
Belinda joined the Brindleys team as a paraplanner in March 2022 after relocating to Mudgee with her family. She brings with her over 15 years of administration experience, with over 7 of those years spent in the finance industry. She holds a Diploma of Business Administration/Management.
Belinda has 3 children who keep her busy. In her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking, card making, board games, listening to her children play the piano & spending time with her family.
Emily Player
Administration (Certificate III in Business Administration)
Emily is a Mudgee local that comes from a background of hospitality and retail. After obtaining her Certificate III in Business Administration and joining us in 2019, she is enjoying her new role and all the new experiences it has to offer.
When Emily is not at work, she likes to spend as much time outdoors with her family as possible, exploring the beautiful sites the Mudgee region offers.
Jessica Simunic
BBus (UON), JP, GradDip Financial Planning
Jess is a graduate from the University of Newcastle who joined the firm in 2018 as a paraplanner after relocating to Mudgee. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
With over 5 years’ experience in financial planning through Brindleys Wealth Advisors, Jess recently completed the required studies & work experience to become a financial planner.
Outside of work, you can find Jess either in her garden, picking out a good book at the library, or training with the Mudgee Wolves ladies team.
Kisani Fozard
Client Services Officer (Cert III Business Administration)
Kisani joined the Brindleys team in March 2024 after relocating to Mudgee from the Central Coast with her family. She brings over 18 years of administration experience in the accounting and construction industries and holds a Certificate III in Business Administration. Kisani has 2 children and likes to spend her free time writing, cooking or reading a good crime mystery when she isn't adventuring the outdoors with her family.
Rebecca Rossi
Bookkeeper (Cert IV Accounting & Bookkeeping)
Rebecca is another recent addition to our team. In 2012, she decided to move to Mudgee, swap out her lab coat and work in forensics to pursue a career in Bookkeeping/Accounting.
She has spent the last few years as an Accounts Manager, Bookkeeper and administrator at a successful local business, building up her own Bookkeeping client portfolio. She now holds a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping and is thoroughly enjoying the learning experiences her new role has to offer.
Rebecca is passionate about staying strong and fit and regularly attends the local gym. When she is not at work or the gym, she reads or spends time with family and friends.
Kiki Mattick
Receptionist
Kiki is a Mudgee local, having been born and bred in the area. After branching out and exploring the Central Coast, she moved back home at the start of 2024 and joined the team at Brindleys.
Kiki has a background in Beauty Services, Animal Care and 5 years of experience in Administration.
Outside of the office, she enjoys being outdoors with her family, sipping on Mudgee's finest coffee and making friends with every four-legged furry friend she sees.
